Torrent is downloading but other services won't load?

-I usually browse the internet while I'm downloading stuff, but now I can't load a single thing. It says the internet isn't connected but my torrent is downloading like everything is connected. Not a single thing will load. I've tried a restart on my Mac, internet says its connected but nothing loads except my torrent.ur torrent download is taking over the complete bandwidth of ur internet .



try to close or pause the torrent download and check whether ur internet works or not.
maybe its using all the memory/ ram
