How to replace a line "Home Address" by a list I have in another microsoft docx file?

-I got a list of students information in my microsoft word file. But somehow the address was replaced by some idiot. I have collected the addresses in another file. How could I replace them easily cause there is about 1000 in the file. Is any software is present that can replace a phrase by a list of phrase?



Help needed urgent.
