How do i decrease my font size on windows vista?

-my screen font size needs adjustingGo to 'Control Panel', and then 'Personalization', and then where 'Windows color and appearance' is located.

Then alter the font sizes for the different things in the 'items' section.

For instance; my Menu's are 16 with a font of Aerial size 8.
If it's your desktop you are referring to, increase your screen resolution and then resize your icons.
