What do i need to download to make videos play on my internet?

-I have a Mac OS X, version:10.4.11, processor: 800 MHz Power PC G4 and im using Safari 4.1.3.

I've tried to download from adobe flash player but it will not let me download it even after i uninstalled the last flash player and tried installing a new one it still wouldn't work. I have no idea what I need to download to get videos to play on my mac but nothing seems to work. youtube will play but like load and skip all the way through what ever im watching. if anyone could help i would really appreciate it. In any case, you need to find a copy of Flash 10.1, which is the last version that ran on PowerPCs. Hunt around. Youtube still isn't going to run well, though. You're stuck with a crappy CPU.
