Installing a program on windows..?

-I have an old windows without internet connection in my room and I downloaded a drawing program from my Mac onto a USB and transferred it to my windows but it won't download.. Any ideas on how to get it to work?You have to have programs that the Mac can use

Save it to a memory stick and plug that in your Mac

That might workMac and PC are not compatible.
download the same software but in windows version...it should be available
