I am not sure about softwares, may be senuke, venomseo. But they have lot of bugs.

I had previously used a company from India (zeustek), they used to do cover all types of backlinks every month.about 2000+ backlinks I was getting and it helped me in my many clickbank /adsense sites.
There is no one tool which does the job really well. So you have to go for the best combination.

Raven or Majestic are good options to look at but also look at additional tools for keyword research and on page checks e.g. Wordtracker, Screaming Frog, etc. There are many other useful tools from SEOBook and SEOMoz you can look at too.
