How to start windows 7 in safe mode?

-I have Windows 7 Starter. I push F8 while its loading before the windows load screen appears. I always get the safe mode prompting screen then.I have Windows 7 Starter. You can press F8 or Hold Shift.
At the start up keep pressing F8 after some time you will see many options on a black screen one of them would be safe mode. Press Enter..............You r in safe mode
Hold F8 while your computer is booting or restarting
hold F11 when starting up your computer
