How do a make a program work on windows 7?

-I've got a game called, The Witcher, that I use to play on windows xp, but the problem is that no matter what I do it keeps telling me that there is an error because I don't have admin access. The catch is that there is only one account on the computer, and even after I put it to run as admin it still doesn't work.

Running in XP mode doesn't work either

Any Ideas on how to by pass it, or something I can doTry installing VirtualBox:

Inside VirtualBox, install a clean copy of Windows XP and in that virtual XP machine, try running your game. See if that helps.
