How do I install Mac and Windows on one PC?

-I have windows 7 professional already installed and my PC meets the requirements. I want to install lion so that i can use X code. I looked around and all it says was to partition my hard drive but i don't know how to.Mac OS is designed to install and run only on Apple hardware. If you buy a Mac, you can use Boot Camp to partition your drive and install Windows on the second partition. But you can't run Mac OS on non-Apple hardware.
since you can only run lion on a mac take it to an apple store and they will put windows and lion on it for you.
