Computer crashes with horizontal lines. What should I do?

-My computer have been crashing on my lately when I try to play any games. It crashes with horizontal and skinny lines and reboots it self. Im also running on Window 7 64bit.

Specs:

Processor:AMD Athlon II X4 630(2.8GHz)

Memory: 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 1333

Hard Drive:500GB SATA-II 3.0Gb/s 7200RPM HDD

Optical Drive :24X DVD卤R/卤RW Dual Layer Drive

Graphics:ATI Radeon HD 5670 512MB PCI Express Video Card

Dont think it's a overheating issue cause I sometime crash at 34C. My driver is up to date. So whats wrong with my computer?sounds like a graphic card issue, use speccy to check all your temps. if any of them is hot over 55-70c ur graphic card thermal paste might be dry or your fan stops working.

your graphic card might be dying and needs to be replaced.
Graphics the lines are a dead give away. It's overheating. Clean your pc or install an exhaust fan to get the right air flow. If all else fails replace your gpu.
